I don't have dry skin so I can't say if this product hydrating for those who may need it. But I will say that it is a very good primer. My makeup didn't budge it all. My eyeshadow was even in tact all day. The consistency isn't like other primers, slippy and silicony which, imo, is a very good thing.

So good!

I went on a trip to Hong Kong and ran out of primer while i was there-____- but I found this brand there and started using it and im SOOOOO glad i did! As soon as I got back to the US I bought 3 of these from Amazon.<br /><br />A little goes a longgg way. You need a tiny bit and it spreads on your skin super nicely. It smells good and it really leaves your skin moisturized.
