Wonderful

Very cool. Going to use it for Halloween this year but the only thing that it upsets me is that it only glows in the dark if you use a black light. Also it's pretty small

so it's only a one time use kind of deal but I liked it. Would have given it five stars if ...

I have been doing hair professionally for over 10 years and just tried this product out the other day and it definitely worked. It's almost the consistency of a hair gel and you use a VERY small amount for the effect. The client I used it on had a ton of hair and I didn't use much at all for her whole head. Then you blow dry it in and that's it! It only works on pre-lightened hair and comes out when you wash your hair, so it's only a one time use kind of deal but I liked it. Would have given it five stars if it lasted longer than one wash but it definitely did what it said it was going to do.
