Con: The hair didn't ship until the day it was supposed to arrive. Im not sure if thats on them or the amazon warehouse though.<br /><br />The hair is soft but easy to grip/manipulate. It doesn't have any odor or smell. I have a big head and i normally go through about 8 packs from the beauty supply store. I used 5 of the 8 bundles I bought from this company. My box braids are medium. The hair is nicely stretched and even comes with gold and silver charms! I would love to try a loose crochet with this hair.

Honestly this is my first time using any type of hair. As you can see my daughter is mixed and she decided on her own she needed a haircut so i ordered this to try and do something with it. Had absolutely no problems will using this product. Works great for my purpose.

I love this hair. I have ordered it 2 times now. I used only 5 packs the first time. I even got a lighter tented hair and it was just as soft and easy to use as the darker colored hair. I will only be using this hair to briad. Stays separated well and dose not knot up when being briaded
