Good BERBERINE
This product has changed my life! I have PCOS and this has calmed my symptoms, most notably my weight. I lost 6lbs in the first week. I initially bought the product to help keep my blood sugar level, and enhance my immune system, which the product succeeded in doing so but I was pleasantly surprised when I lost weight as well. What a great product. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
Good Preservative-free Berberine Supplement
This is my first time trying a Berberine supplement and I didn't really know what to expect. I like that this particular brand is free of preservatives, gluten free and all of that good stuff. For the full 1200 mg dose you have to take 2 of the capsules, and each bottle is a 30-day supply- so 60 capsules total. It is advised to be taken on an empty stomach 30 minutes before a meal. I've only been taking it about 2 weeks and don't notice anything major yet but I know it is doing good things on the inside so I am going to continue the full 30 days and will report back if anything changes. As far as Berberine supplements go though I would say this is the one to try for sure!
