Received on time it works great received a check up email from company making sure product was in top condition .only been using a few days but I can already see results compared to my old brush . Feels like heaven on my skin . Would recommend only problem I had was opening the battery compartment but I just used a sharp edged object (scissors). Be careful when doing so .
Very good brush for the price
Very good brush for the price: works without any issues, easy to clean, gentle with the skin and have good looking box, so you can keep it anywhere. Have been using it for two months, no signs of wear and tear so far. Would recommend this one instead of pricey alternatives.
Skin glows
We've had this product since Valentine's Day and it's been a great addition to our normal routine. My skin appears to be more vibrant and has a glow to it. I don't see a use for the sponge; I have tried, but it doesn't spin as well as it does with the other attachments. The brush is so soft, which I thought might not cleanse as well, but it appears to be great. We love the case, although a bit difficult to open (so we just leave it open-- needs to air out anyway after use) as was the battery cover (main complaint I've seen on here). Overall, we are pretty happy with it. I contacted the seller regarding replacement heads and was told they didn't have any. I did find in the instructions, that it referred to the product as a TOUCHBEAUTY Electric face cleanser. When I searched for that product on Amazon I found replacement heads, I sure hope they are the right fit ( they appear to be) ;) hope this helps!!

This thing has a strong spin and my face looks amazing! Buying another set just in case for the future. I have been using it about a month and love it!!!

this Brush is amazing! i have very breakout prone skin and I've used it every night to remove makeup and it's like a small massage on my face. My skin is so much smoother amd my pores are smaller just by using the regular attachment on the high speed once a day. I haven't used the exfoliation Brush yet, but I imagine it will be just as amazing. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have been in the market for an electric facial cleaner for a long time. I came across it, so here it is!<br />I have used it quite a few times now. I do love the brush one best only because I seem to get the best out of that one. However, I have used the one ridged one for when I exfoliate. The one that is soft and plain surface I have used when I put on my moisturizer. Only since I am doing everything else without my fingers I prefer not to use them as to attracting more bacteria or what not on my face.<br />So, the packaging is pretty decent and has spots for all the brush heads and the handheld electric facial cleaner. The only problem I believe I had in the starting was being able to open the lid to where the batteries belong. That did take me a while to get open because I was honestly not sure how it was supposed to happen. I do not remember seeing any instructions on how to open it either, in a much easier way. Even though that did take a while I was able to open it and get the batteries in there.<br />There are more than one speeds on the handheld. I prefer the second, faster speed because it makes the moving up and down on the face bit easier. It took me a while to get the hang of it because of the brush getting the hair caught in it. FYI, tie the hair back very well before using it. I also had a hard time moving the handheld up and down since it spins, but with more tries, I sort of have a hang of it. Yet, if you go at the slower speed it does make it harder to move it around because you are so tempted to go in the direction it is spinning.<br />Overall, after using my cleaners and the handheld, my face did feel better than if I had just cleaned it with my hands.
