Fantastic deal!
These capes are great. Some reviewers have compared them to trash bags. No way! They are a nice lightweight nylon material. You wouldn't want anything heavier - it would be uncomfortable. Very reasonable price for a set of 2. The neck is elastic with metal closures that hook together as shown in the description photos. They fit snugly without being too tight. I highly recommend these capes. Let the at-home haircuts begin!
