Great for the price and low burn risk
For the price this does the job. It is slightly deceiving as there are no bristles like a typical brush. Your hair has to be completely brushed before using and I suspect if you have anymore texture to your hair than mine it may pull a bit. I have naturally wavy/curly hair that gets frizzy when brushed so it pulled a bit. The smaller pieces I did the less that happened. However, time is valuable to me so I would prefer it didnโt do that. Not having bristles does allow for a protective shield over the heating element which to me seemed to make it very unlikely to burn you. I didnโt feel the heat once and didnโt use the glove. The entire unit also didnโt get hot like most flat irons which was nice, I didnโt find myself sweating and defeating the purpose of straightening my hair. There was a faint plastic smell when it first turned on but wore off rather quickly.

Works great!
Takes a bit of getting used to, need to section out hair properly. Once you get the hang of it, works like magic. Only takes one or two runs through a section to fully straighten and defrizz (works on my very curly and frizzy hair quite well).
All in all I like it.
My issue is the placement of the temperature settings making it too easy to accidentally lower, increase or even turn off without knowing. Other then that it straightens my hair.
