I've been using both the shampoo and conditioner, as well as the leave in conditioner and they are worth every penny. I have thick, naturally curly hair that is prone to frizz and split ends. Since I've been using this conditioner I've had no problems. I can even let my hair air dry with out fear of looking like a deranged poodle. If you aren't certain it will work, try the travel sizes first.
