I love this stuff for facials, tooth power and internal cleansing! Only used externally until I was struck with an otherworldly food born illness and did not truly feel better until I was brave (and desperate) enough to try internally. TIPS: ginger ale and saltines to take away nausea and keep food and water down then follow with LIVING - hydrated clay drink mix to clean out toxins and undigested oils. I found the clay great for this specific illness because my gallbladder was inflamed and on the frits and it was not excreting the needed bile to break down fats.
