Best vitamine EVER

Best vitamine EVER!! I took this through my whole pregnancy with my 3rd child and kept taking it after she was born, I usually loose A LOT OF HAIR, and I mean I get bold spots and my hair comes out in clumps, but for the first time my hair did not do that, I was able to keep all my hair even when I felt under stress. When I ran out of them and couldn't take them for a few months and some family issues were going on I got really stressed and lost all my hair...I have been dying to take them again because they really help with my energy and over all health and really helps get my hair back to normal...they are just a little pricey for our budget but TOTALY WORTH IT!!! p.s they also seemed to help my skin. :)
