This is by far my favorite salt to use to cook with as well as a โ finishingโ salt. Iโve tried others and they donโt compare to this one.
High quality. Worth the extra expense
The product is of high quality. Coarse granules make it easy to properly season without over seasoning. I also use it to make the brine I use to ferment pickles and Saurkraut, and as a rub for bacon. The only drawback is it is expensive but if you donโt mind paying more for high quality it is worth it.
