I don't use it as a lipstick
Under white light its a very dark purple but under blacklight, its a mauve or a pastel, light purple. So when I'm gonna be under UV lights, I use it as a lip, eye and brow liner. When in white light, it appears nearly black and fairly normal, yet under UV, my lips, eyes, and brows illuminate with outlines. I use a toothpick to apply it. It takes a few tries to get it looking right. I want this same color in a pencil!
