AMAZEBALLS Mascara

I am Asian and do not have much of an eye lid, so the mascara eventually smears on the bottom of my eyes and upper eye lids, where I look tired. I have tried several waterproof mascaras and all seem to still smear off! This is the first and now ONLY mascara I will be using. It looks FABULOUS throughout the day with our any smearing.
