Great product, I take with Biotin and Hair Skin and nails and saw growth the first month, really does work, just make sure you eat something before consuming them, it made me sick when i didn't.

Christmas gift for my daughter. She has been using these for about a year now, and she has significant hair and nail growth. I'm ordering more for myself because I'm jealous of her results! Her hair was about 4 inches long before she started taking these. It is now almost 12 inches long in a years time.
IT WORKS.
The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is because it makes me SO nauseous even if i eat a meal with it. However, IT WORKS. This stuff will make your hair grow fast. So I can definitely deal with the nausea (even though it's really bad sometimes).
