Really sharpens the blades, which means I but the highest end blades and no longer fuss over the cost. Happiness is the little things in life.
A 'Razor Strop' for Multi-Blade Razors
This works perfectly. I bought it to replace a similar product that I thought was lost in a recent move. (I found the original so this one is for travel and a spare.) I shave with a brush and soap but that or a bit of shaving cream on the surface is all you need. I give it 12-20 passes before shaving and the same after rinsing before putting the blade away. Doing that I can get away with replacing my razor blade only 2 to 3 times a YEAR! It works best if you use a high-quality razor but it prolongs the life of disposable razors as well. No multi-blade razor lasts forever but if you use this you can easily get two to three times as many close shaves with a sharp razor out of the blade. Recommended!

Product works! I was pleasantly surprised. I am now using the same triple blade for two months. Still sharp.
It certainly did no harm.
All of my blades that I have with me are used. Therefore, I am beginning with blades that have been used many times. I think that it helps, but I have no scientific way of proving how well it works. I will continue to use.
