This is the first time that I've used a facial cleaning tool like this. I chose this because of all of the different heads on it. In my opinion, I believe that that surpasses the "Clarisonic" brushes. They only offer a couple different heads. However, at first I was still nervous because I was not sure if it was going to irritate my skin or not. I am so fair complected that it does not take too much to irritate my skin. But to my liking it turned out wonderful! In just one use my skin is already looking supple and radiant! I could not believe my eyes. I used the soft bristle head with my cleanser. It hepled my cleanser to make a nice lather on my face. Then, I tried out all of my other heads one by one. My favorite two were the sponge and the on e that had the four balls on it. The sponge had a rougher texrure on it to exfoliate the dead skin and dirt off my face. The other one acted like a shiatzu massager. It felt great on my face and even on the nack of my neck! I continued to use these on my whole body to achieve a head to toe exfoliation. I cannot stop touching my skin. It is amazing how so small can have such huge results after one use!
