Update:Great customer service, took care of problem

Update: Apparently, the company didn't get the message, but took care of the problem quickly when they found out. Gave me a refund, plus sent me a new set. I will order another set as a gift in the future. Very happy now, highly recommend.<br /> So excited to use this, until the first time I used it and the large rose quartz roller came off while rolling it across my eyebrow. Scratched a long gouge on my eyelid, thankfully, not my eye. Only found one of the little white washers while husband was fixing it. Not happy AT ALL. Buy a different brand, I'm going to do so.
