I found these brush heads to be quite compatible with original heads. The texture and softness were very comparable as well. I really couldn't tell a significant difference between the two types of heads.

These brushes are PERFECT. They fit into my Oral B electric toothbrush perfectly but are so much less expensive and they are the perfect softness for my sensitive teeth and gums. They clean nicely and fit in well around my dental bridge as well, getting into all the tiny spaces that need to be cleaned. I was a little nervous at first buying brushes that were not made specifically for the branded brush, but it turned out that I worried for nothing because these are so wonderful. I will definitely be buying these again.
