Excellent customer service from Nibco!
My first one arrived with a lid that didn't fit properly. It was squashed down in one corner. It had been packed in a lightly padded envelope, and probably got squished in transit. It still functioned (the lid is not liquid tight by design, and doesn't need to be), and I could not be bothered to return it. A few days later, I got an email from Nibco, asking if I was satisfied with my purchase. I told them about the lid. The representative responded promptly that they would send me a new unit and I didn't need to send the defective one back. I just got the new one in a box, and it's in perfect condition. Excellent customer service. I use it for my night guard bath, and it works very well. The basket makes it very easy to drain and rinse.

Got this to use with Invisalign retainers and it is the perfect size. The design is simple and practical, and the pop of green is visually appealing. The lift-out tray is perfect for lifting out the retainers without having to use your fingers. Great container for traveling, although the lid is not water-tight. I place my clean and dry retainers in the container WITHOUT water or solution, and place it in my luggage. Would highly recommend this product for anyone who is looking for an attractive and practical container to store retainers or any sort of dental appliance.

Very nice
It's perfect for my Invisalign retainers. I store them during the day in the lid inside my medicine cabinet and will use the bottom to soak and clean them.
Better than using a drinking glass
Just what I needed. Better than using a drinking glass, which is what I have been using for over a year. Works great for cleaning my night gaurd.
