I was worried that this wouldn't be sturdy enough to hold all my hair back
This is the only "hard" (versus soft) headband that I have ever owned that did not give me a headache. My head is fairly average sized, but my hair is thick. I was worried that this wouldn't be sturdy enough to hold all my hair back, but the velvet on the underside keeps it in place all day long. And, no headaches!
