Love this facial massager!

Thrilled with this facial massager. Over the past year I've tried 5 different facial massagers and have never been happy. Finally... this Rika Facial Massager is awesome. It has a decent vibration to relax and massage.. and the hot gets very hot...the cold gets super cold. In the morning I use the cold vibration to tighten pores and reduce puffiness. In the evening I use the hot to relax and massage. The hot temperature is excellent for helping the skin to absorb face cream. Love this massager....Thanks Rika!

Garbage. Very disappointed. Hot doesn’t stay “warm” long for longer than 2 seconds. The only thing that works is the cold. And en that just shuts off mid-use. Don’t waste your money!!!!!!<br /><br />Received a defective tool. Company reached out to me and sent me a brand new one that works like a charm. Impeccable customer service!!
