Works with my allergies
Iโm giving it a 5 because I have allergies and tried the product based on my allergy Nurse Practitionerโs recommendations. She has used it for years. And I was very pleasantly surprised that it was the first eyeliner Iโve tried that doesnโt burn or irritate and doesnโt end up half-way down my face. I use a very thin bristled tiny paint brush to apply it because thatโs what I had on hand. Iโm not having the flaking or clumping situation reported by others. Although, if you rub it, itโll come off. Which is what I would expect from a product with less chemicals.

Best Cake eyeliner
I have been using cake eyeliner for over 20 years. Im also a professional make up artist. This is by far the richest,smoothest, and most velvety cake eyeliner on the market. A little pricey, but so worth it if you want rich black eyeliner.

I wouldn't ordinarily spend so much but I've been using the same cake liner for more than 15 years - they last forever. This is really pigmented. If you are new to cake liner you'll probably have a learning curve but personally I think it's easier than liquid or those gel pots that dry up in two weeks. I've only used a fine brush so far, we'll see how it does with my thicker angled brush.<br /><br />I'm not having any issues with fallout or smudging. It does take more than one swipe to remove, and I think the container could be better. I like to put a few drops of water in the lid to dip my brush in, but this lid is flat, without a lip or edge around it, which makes it a challenge.
