All together this is a well needed invention for women that wears quickweaves or just glue in accesories. I didn't use a cap I just put a thick coat of the Roberts on my hair in the direction it was combed. You can mold your hair and dry it with gel if you like. My hair wasnt and it washed out fine but i did have a thick coat of the protective sheild. No damage or breakage that I seen. I literally just rinsed it with water for about 10 minutes and the tracks just slid out NO PULLING!. Oh Yeah..and it held the glue bond soo much better than normal bonding. Hope this helps Its worth it!

I absolutely LOVE this stuff!!! Whenever I'm doing my quick weaves I always make sure I apply this on my head first! I'm all about protective & fast styles to wear, & an actual yotuber recommend this stuff! It took me no more than 5 mins to take the entire installment of my head! I was & still is very pleased! My real hair was not damaged, & still very healthy under the cap so I am very happy with this product! Although I would prefer to pick it up, at my local beauty supply store instead, instead of having to order this online.... Regardless I will be buying this again very soon!
