Massage the entire contents of one packet directly onto skin for 30-60 seconds; do not wet skin before use. For gentler exfoliation, use on damp skin and slowly add water to lessen the intensity. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Use one packet in place of cleanser 1-3 times per week. Not intended for sensitive skin. For external use only. Keep entirely clear of eyes. If product enters eye, rinse with water. If irritation occurs, consult your ophthalmologist.

Good weekly dermabrasion
This really smoothes my skin and gives a light dermabrasion. It has a slightly medicinal smell, but it's not too off-putting. I moisten my face first, then massage in the product. It is less abrasive this way. This leaves my skin feeling soft.
