Leaks
It get the job done but I have to clean up water after every use it leaks. I wonโt buy another one

I do need to update my rating.<br />I was able to do more research on the unit.<br />I discovered it leaks, if you over fill the container.<br />I would suggest you not refill the reservoir until it has emptied.<br />And do not fill the reservoir full, because if there is still water in the unit. You will have leaking.<br />I kept the unit and have had it for over a year and truly do love it.<br />I purchased this steamer and it arrived 2 days after placing the order. Which was impressive. However I just used it and it's leaking and making a gurgling noise from the hood. I'm not impressed. I watched the YouTube tutorial and followed the instructions to a tee and we assembled it exactly as illustrated from the operation manual. Why is it dripping from the under base all over my salon floor?<br />Also what is the black knob for?<br />The instructions is really not helpful.<br />I will be returning this.

Great steamer
Great steamer. Iโve always used one for about 20 years. Theyโve lasted about 7 years apiece, so thatโs a good return on the investment. Itโs added to my income by reducing processing time with color. They improve condition of all hair types. They donโt take up space.<br />I highly recommend it!

The steamer works fine but it didnโt come with the drain cup! So now it leaks and i have to keep a town on the floor.
