Use them all the time!
My package came in just fine, and the applicator is easy to use. I put coconut oil into these, and use them to comb my hair - it works really well.

Great Henna Applicator Assistant
I used this to apply neutral henna to my hair, as an overall deep conditioner. At first I was concerned if the henna would be too thick and that it wouldn't squeeze out of the holes. But thankfully that didn't happen. And I successfully henna-ed my hair!<br />Even though item took like 2 weeks to arrive (instead of a few days), I am still more pleased than I am disappointed.<br /><br />And also, bottles are fairly easy to clean (except for 1 area that I don't know how to describe at the moment, but its not a deal breaker as long as I keep certain bottles designated for certain uses and don't plan to "cross-contaminate" with other fluids in the bottles).<br /><br />To clean some of the hard to reach areas such as the spout holes, I un-bent a paper clip and stuck the ends down the holes to help flush any henna residue from them. This worked great for me : )

This works like a charm. The big plus is that there are no pieces sticking out to tangle in ones hair.
