Thanks for such great customer service!<br />*****<br />Original review:<br />While I love the concept behind this bag, and the purpose and use for it was exactly what I was looking for, the material it's made out of is perhaps a bit too stiff for the application. When the bag arrived, it was already damaged, with a small hole at a crease that can't be helped, due to the shape and closure of the bag.<br />Because I needed this for a pending vacation, and it was the only one like it I could find on Amazon, I went with it. The bag served it's purpose, but because of the damage already present, and the wear and tear that invariably happens during travel, it will likely need to be replaced within the year.<br /><br />Great concept. Needs some revisions.

Great bag for traveling
I love this bag. The size is great, it hold a lot of product. The multiple pockets and elastic holders on the inside are great to hold hair clips and small bottles.

It was just what I wanted but it did have an oily smell to it. I'm going to air it outside and also I soaked it in dawn dish soap and Clorox in warm water and that did help a little with the oily smell. I will soak it again for a little while and then put it outside to see if I can get rid of the smell.
This as worked out well
I am not big on buying plastic items. They are usually thin and cheap. This product was not. I use it to carry my shower items to the gym. I wish the main pocket was a bit wider and i am not crazy about the way that it opens up. But I have gotten use to it and it has worked very well for what I use it for.
