It will require some front cover clearancing.
Nice set up. No chain slack. I had to resolve some clearance issues by taking some material off the front cover and a couple of places on the pump. Just a repetitive process of using blue sharpie and seeing where things are rubbing. Then protecting the motor with tape and using a vacuum while die grinding. Nothing too advanced.
Works Great but must modify timing cover!
I purchased two of these, the first one I put on my 2002 Corvette Z06 5.7 LS Engine and it works great for over two years and the second one I put on my 2003 GMC Sierra with a 6.0 LS Engine and it is still working good after over a year. I had tried several single roller sets and all 3 sets seemed a little looser then I would like but when I put this double roller set on both engines the timing set was perfect!!! I will buy more but as stated you will need to shave or grind down a couple small spots on the timing cover to fit perfect but well work the time.
