Better than expected and does an excellent job exfoliating.
Great super exfoliant
was looking for something harsh to replace the one i used to get from target. The ones from target used to be rough but they have now made them softer but these are the best substitue. keep in mind they are white, i thought it was black from the packaging

This is for the Salux Super Hard Nylon in the black packaging.<br /><br />Wow!<br />I’ve been looking for a good scrub / exfoliating brush for a while.<br />Loofas are to soft. I would even slice them into hockey pucks so I could use them sideways-still to soft.<br />Bought these (2 pack) based on one recommendation where they mentioned these were similar to their experience in a Korean spa where crazy strong Korean lady’s scrubbed their skin off.<br />Sign me up!<br />Wow<br />Roughest things I’ve ever used.<br />Exactly what I wanted. Initially only used weight of water and soap and dragged it along-and it felt great.<br />Scrubbing your back? Awesome! Long enough (I’m 6’2”) to hold in both hands and scrub away. Best back scratching I’ve ever gotten.<br />I razor shave my head and use this before and after shaving to help prevent ingrowns.<br />I’m guessing it removes all oil from my skin so I lotion up good after.<br /><br />One thing I did to improve it a little (I think) was cut off a piece and sewed it into a small loop, then put a sponge from dollar store inside. Helps hold the soap and lather a little better.<br />If Salux reads this, please make one of these; it’s a better “washcloth”. Smaller, easier to handle and contours to scrub better. I’ll gladly test it for you.<br />I guess you could ball it up and it would be a “poof sponge” thing, but it I never liked those.<br /><br />Great product and will definitely buy again.
Really removes dull dry skin.
I us in the shower, skin is so much softer.

Awesome. If you've used the normal Salux towels this is the natural progression. Enter hard mode. You'll love it.<br />This thing made me make noises in the shower I haven't made since my girlfriend left me.<br />Just kidding. I never had a girlfriend.
Finally something that actually scrubs my skin!
I have been trying to find a good skin scrubber for bathing for a long time. I've been disappointed with so many "scrub" brushes that I have used over the years. None of them ever scrubbed(They just rubbed)! I finally did some research on Amazon & came across this item. As soon as I saw reviews of people saying it hurt & seeing others having the same issue as me with other "scrub" brushes, I knew it was what I was looking for!<br />I purchased it asap & just received it. I used it once so far & it is exactly what I have been wanting! It really scrubbed my skin clean of all dead skin & grime. My skin felt amazing! Like it could breathe & the feeling of a nice exfoliating! So refreshing! Finally something that actually cleans my skin & removes all dead skin. All the other "scrub" brushes barely scrubbed at all & just felt like I was rubbing my skin. -_- Those "scrub" brushes felt rough when dry, but once water touched them, they turned soft. This scrub rag stays rough & it drys out quickly, another bonus!<br />So so happy with my purchase & so grateful I finally found something that cleans my skin!
Everybody needs one
I have used the original Salux towel for over 15 years. Accept no substitute! I bought the original one at Walmart in Hawaii. ThenI had a hard time finding them before I found them on Amazon. I work in dermatology and recommend them to all my patients. The super hard is excellent. If you're not used to an exfoliating towel, you may want to start with the original. Don't scrub hard! Just use daily and your skin will thank you. Don't forget to moisturize.
