I bought this for my daughter who has very thin, long straight hair. We are putting her hair in this bonnet to protect it from breaking while she sleeps so it can continue to grow. She is dedicated to wearing this every night and this is the first time she has ever slept with anything on her head consistently. She is not able to secure the knot by herself so either my husband or I have to do it for her but itโs teaching her to take care of her self and sheโs got a night routine going.
