I love this brush staightner ! It's so easy and awesome
Wow, I like it! It really does work with a little effort!
I was hesitant to buy one of these because I already have a cabinet full of failed beauty products that I don't use, however my daughter kept asking for one of these straightening brushes to see if it would work on her naturally, thick and curly hair. I am very pleased to report that it really does work! My daughter is bi-racial, and her hair is very unruly sometimes. Most days it is a job in itself just to get her hair brushed. The wonderful feature of this brush is that you can use it directly after a blow dry to straighten the hair even further. It is also very easy to handle so my teenage daughter was able to use this by herself without any burns or accidents.<br /><br />Before you ask where the before picture is, my daughter was not open to having her wild and crazy hair all over the internet, so we had to skip that picture, but I did include an after picture to show how smooth and silky her hair turned out after using this brush. Features include a long enough cord that you can maneuver around a bit. The temperature controls go from a low of about 330 F to a high of about 450 F, which I think is enough for most hair types without burning the hair. Another great feature is that you are not pulling the hair as much as you have to when you are using a flat iron, so there is a lot less pressure on the hair. Overall, great tool to have! Makes your life a little bit easier and you can breeze through straightening the hair a lot faster. Works Great When Used Carefully
After using a traditional hair straightener, I can say that this brush straightener works much more quickly.<br /><br />Here are the pros and cons in my experience:<br /><br />Pros:<br /><br />Works quickly- Flattened my full head of hair in about ten minutes.<br /><br />Made well-Solid construction.<br /><br />Cord is very thick and swivels. Love the cord!<br /><br />Arrived quickly, much sooner than estimated shipping time.<br /><br />Packaged extremely well.<br /><br />Cons:<br /><br />The controls are in exactly the wrong spot. I kept accidentally hitting the power button. It does have a lock feature, but when you hit the button, it turns it off, so the next time you accidentally hit the button, which you will do, it changes the temperature.<br /><br />It gets extremely hot. You can't touch anywhere but the handle. I got burned a few times while I was figuring this out. I place it on a heating pad on the counter. I'm afraid it may melt the countertop if I don't. With that said, be very careful using it around children.<br /><br />Overall, I would buy it again. It makes my hair beautiful in no time at all, I just have to use it with caution. I am a fireman's daughter, so I have great respect for heat.<br /><br />This product was provided at a discounted price in exchange for my honest review.
