Great for DIY
Perfect size for for a beginner DIY. You don't need numbing cream, just sure to ice the area before and after. No pain with ice and much less bruising. Be sure to "bevel up" before inserting. Use several in each area to build up collegan over a few months.<br />Great for laying foundation for a few months before you do cog threads.
