Quality and Value
I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and attention to detail of this flower rubber band. The flower petals are attached with wire so they can be slightly bent and shaped after the rubber band is placed in hair. Very sweet flower design, great colors, not too big - actually quite dainty. I plan to buy another set as a back-up. My daughter, age 8, loves them. If I had long hair, I would wear them too! Great product at a fair price - thank you!!
