Works for curly Caucasians too

First off, I get this stuff at sally's, but wanted to write an amazon review for how it works on Caucasian hair. I'm a natural blonde with 2c hair. Works great for when I want to style my hair or add a little more curl. I took off one star because it can be easy to use too much, at least with my hair type, and there is a residue that will soak in and go away if you have dry or porous hair. There's no bad texture left after an hour at most for me, and absolutely no crunch that other gels or mousses leave, which is why I love this stuff. Never had a gel that actually moisturizes your hair. I have hair down to the middle of my back and use about a nickel to quarter sized amount. I'd recommend you start with pea sized or less and work up to what you need because of the potential residue/ greasiness. It's not a strong gel, just a soft, gentle hold.
