Not exactly "large"
I bought these to keep my hair dry in the shower and was surprised that they seem to be more of a decorative nighttime bonnet instead. The plastic layer is on the inside with colorful cloth on the outside, which would be a gross mess if it got wet in the shower every day. So, I turned them inside out and wore them in the shower with the plastic side out. It works fine and they seem sturdy, but they barely fit me and I have a pretty small head.
