Lemony face wash 🍋

I just washed my face with this Sia C + Lemon Peel wash. It lathered nicely in my hands and on my face. It has a soft lemony scent. It rinsed well - and this is where you'll feel the difference. You know the phrase 'squeaky clean'? That's what you'll feel. There's absolutely no residue left behind. If you've used Noxema to wash your face, it has a similar effect. Because I'm prone to dry skin, I had to apply cream immediately. The label on the bottle suggests washing with this, then using a toner, followed by Vitamin C. Makes sense as your skin is stripped of everything and is ready for some TLC. I think this is an ideal wash for people with oily or combination skin. For me, this will be a great summer wash to control the shine (oil). If you're skin is dry like mine, then moisturize immediately after using.

Daily Face Wash is Light, Super Effective

The first time I used the Sia Botanics Vitamin C Face Wash I wasn't super impressed, but there was something about it that I liked so I kept using it on a daily basis. It didn't take me long to realize that I really, really loved this face wash. It arrives in a relatively small 4-ounce bottle. The face wash includes 20% Vitamin C along with Organic Aloe Vera, MSM, and Organic Rose Hip Oil. It utilizes the actual lemon peel, a process that is noted to contain 5-10 times more vitamins than the lemon juice. The wash is designed to naturally exfoliate, remove blackheads, and naturally lighten the skin. While the 4-ounce bottle seems quite small, it takes very little to do the job. The wash comes out as a sort of milky lotion that lathers lightly yet effectively. The lemon peel contains citric and phytic acids and I felt that sort of acidic quality on my face, but it was lighter than a typical exfoliant. It left my skin cleaner, but in a healthy way rather than in a glowing way. This is designed to be a daily face wash. I'm not completely sure I'd use it on a daily basis given its price point, but I have to admit it feels so natural and has been so effective that I may be convinced otherwise by the time this first bottle is actually done. I love the way that it's making my face look and feel and I'm super pleased with the healthier appearance. For me, this has turned out to be rather gentle giant of a face wash. It's light yet super effective and isn't particularly showy but accomplishes quite a bit in terms of facial health and appearance.

This citrus scent is so nice. It's light and not too strong and does not irritate my sensitive skin. It cleans well, even taking off my mascara without much trouble. it doesn't strip all the oil off my skin. My face has a glow after using it - so clean and bright. love the vitamin c in it - it truly brightens dull skin

A Great Way To Start the Day! 🍊💦

This face wash provides an invigorating sense of clean with a burst of fresh citrus zing! I love that it contains aloe vera, vitamin C, rose hip oil, and lemon and orange peels! 🍋 It goes on smoothly, rinses off easily, and seems to have an ideal consistency. I have gladly added this vegan product to my daily skincare regimen, and I’d order it again without hesitation. It provides smoothing, hydrating, radiant results and it smells incredibly delightful!

Nicely sized portion with 4 ounces of face wash in a plastic squeeze bottle. The wash is formulated to provide a satisfying cleanse with anti-aging properties through its incorporation of 20% Vitamin C and lemon peel bio ferment among others in the mix. The wash is pleasantly scented with citrus fragrances. Lather quality is so-so but overall it's a good cleanse and tired, greasy skin will look properly refreshed after use.

pretty decent

This vitamin C and lemon peel brightening cleanser does a great job of cleaning the skin very effectively. Just to give you an idea, I have an oilier type T-Zone as well as dryer areas on my chin to give me a bit of a combination type skin. While I appreciate it how well this cleanser cleansed, I did find it very drying. I was in absolute need of a moisturizer, and serum after using it. I guess that wasn't that bad, considering that I always use serums and moisturizers anyways. I certainly wouldn't be able to use this cleanser on its own, as a face wash and go type product. It really needs to be followed up with other skin care products. That being said it does cleanse extremely well, and has a very pleasant scent to it. Surely if you're somebody who has oilier skin, I think you would appreciate how well this will alleviate you of that issue either at the end of the day, or before the day gets started. If however, you are somebody who has a dryer type skin, you might be over exacerbating that issue with this cleanser. All in all, I think it depends on your skin type as to whether this is the cleanser for you. For my combination type skin, I liked it very much on my oily areas, but less so of course on the dryer spots I have around my chin.
