I have to say the packaging on this sigma brow pencil...Top Shelf ...(which is the darkest shade) was absolutely amazing and way above average, Top Notch!!! I enjoyed this order in the packaging almost as much as the actual product. Presentation and excellent customer service just makes a customer feel special, appreciated, and loved. The extra special care Sigma took in their product will absolutely want me coming back for more! And I look forward to it, like Christmas. This brow pencil is truly a dark brunette and matches my brows really well. It goes on smooth and sculpts my brows effortlessly. The only thing that would make it better is a eyebrow grooming tool at the end of this. Other than that this was a treat to order, and for the price it was good. Although, I am still searching for the holy grail of eyebrow pencils for myself, I am glad this is in my collection.
