I really like these. They have a normal piercing post (20 gauge size) -sometimes these "starter" earrings are thicker and don't fit in my piercing. They don't irritate my sensitive ears. They are small enough as to not be obnoxious in my 3rd piercing. But the stone is a nice color and size. And they snap on, eliminating the fear that they will come off! I leave them in with no problem and am working my way to buying all the colors they have.
