Surprisingly happy with this purchase
I am surprisingly happy with this purchase! I bought this wig because at my age, my hair is starting to break really easy & I seem to be shedding much more hair than usual. I usually go with wearing hair extensions but that is sometimes pretty hard on my already weakened hair. First of all, I have to mention that this wig is exactly as pictured. Color & all. I bought this wig in this style because I needed something to wear while doing physical duties at home & when I'm out & about. I usually don't buy synthethic wigs because most of the time you can tell that they are synthetic & end up looking just horrible. But I do have to say that this wig looks like & feels almost like real human hair, at least in my opinion. It is definitely a higher end synthetic, however I am not able to curl the hair at all. But that wasn't a big deal. The hair has plenty of waviness to it & I love the braids & the ponytail. I did trim it a bit (about 3.5 inches) because it felt a bit heavy for me. I brushed it out & added a few more braids & redid the ponytail & it looks & feels great! But my head does get a little hot when wearing it & sometimes I get a bit itchy but I think that could be because I am new to wearing wigs & maybe just need to get used to it. Not sure. I also got this wig because it seems that Copper colored ones are not as abundant as the other colors out there & was in desperate need of this color. And what I love most about this wig is the price! For $20, I figured it was worth a try. Glad I did. Definitely a must have if you only need it for a costume party or for Comic-con. Not sure I am able to wear this wig all day everyday. Am still new to exploring the world of wigs so I am still on the hunt for Copper colored hair pieces, especially one I can wear all day, everyday & be able to curl & change the the hairstyles.
Great for Elsa costume!
First of all, I wound up braiding it so it would pull the Elsa costume together for Halloween.<br />It was easy to brush, the style it already has held well. Easy to work with and was great for the price! For someone who has never worn a wig like this before, it was easy to use!
