I have been searching for a new eye cream because my usual go to cream didn't appear to be working. I get up for work at 5am and I always look tired. Even if I got a decent night's sleep, I look tired. I keep this tube in the fridge. I wake up...go downstairs and put this around my eyes (I just pat it around), then I make coffee. While I'm waiting for coffee, I let the cream sink in. By the time I go back upstairs to do my makeup, the skin under my eyes looks SOOO much better. No yellow. No bags. No sunken in look.
Wonderful Eye Cream - Delivers Results - Soothing and Cooling
've been heavily looking into and researching Korean skin care beauty routine for about 4 months and trying a myriad of products. For years I have suffered from dry patches as well as acne breakouts ... which has perplexed me because I had never suffered from this as an adolescent ... only since I got into my 30s -- annoying and bizarre! So, I researched and researched and decided to give myself a go at the Korean skin care routine.<br /><br />Skederm Ultimate Eye Cream is manufactured in South Korea, which is widely known all over the world for their cutting edge products in skincare .. so I was really hoping that this eye cream would hold up to other brands that claim the same regarding Korean skincare. Well, this eye cream is top notch ... it's incredibly soothing and cooling ... it hydrates like crazy and it absorbs into the skin very easily ... the texture is smooth and silky without being sticky and goopy. The scent is pretty much non-existent unless you really stick your nose up into it so that is a huge plus as the serum counterpart to this does have a strong scent, and while it is not an unpleasant scent it is just ... strong. This eye cream absorbs into the skin at a fast rate and really helps to plump up any under eye bags or fine lines you might have. I do really love it.<br /><br />The Skederm Eye Cream has the following ingredients:<br /><br />1 - It contains antarcticine. Antarcticine is a glycoprotein extracted from the Antarctic Sea. It's highly sought after because it has anti-wrinkle and restructuring properties. A bit of background information on how antarcticine was discovered and where it got it's name goes back to the Antarctic summer of 1988 in which a Spanish expedition went to the Admiralty Bay inlet (located near King George Island in Antarctica). The scientists collected mud samples and wound up managing to isolate and characterize a new bacterial strain called Pseudoalteromonas Antarctica. During its growth, the bacteria created an exopolymer of glycoproteins; an extracellular material that aids the bacteria to retain water, adheres to surfaces and has the ability to withstand the extreme cold.I ts protective function in nature has been applied to cosmetics and skincare products by scientists to protect and regenerate the skin. And there you have it ... your fun fact of the day!<br /><br />2 - This eye cream also contains pure retinol which is a potent form of synthetic Vitamin A that helps to remove dead skin cells and prevent wrinkles. It brightens the eye orbitals and helps in improving skin elasticity as well as brightening dull skin tones and reduces pore size. The Skederm Ultimate eye cream has been working really well for me.<br /><br />MY EXPERIENCE: I have some wrinkles around my eyes and dark circles. Iโve noticed an improvement in the area. The moisture benefit alone has helped minimize the appearance of wrinkles. Iโve also noticed that the skin looks brighter and healthier, like it has more elasticity. This moisturizer really penetrates deep into the skin cells rather than sitting on top of the skin. I can tell that my skin absorbs the moisturizer because it doesnโt leave an oily feeling and the skin feels a lot better.<br /><br />BENEFITS: This has retinol, which is one of the few active ingredients for treating wrinkles. Iโve reacted badly to some retinol treatments in the past, but this one has worked well. The ceramide helps to retain a moisture barrier on the skin to prevent it from drying out. Collagen is what gives us that youthful appearance, so I always look for it in my moisturizers.<br />I am really happy with this moisturizer!
Im beginning to see the results I have been looking for for a very long time....
Now that I'm in my mid 30's I have started noticing unwelcome changes in my skin. I'm seeing fine lines creeping up and dark circles under my eyes are nearly an everyday occurrence and my skin doesn't have that same elasticity and glow that it did when I was in my 20's. I seen SKEDERM and really wanted to give it a whirl. I have tried numerous under eye serums and treatments, some of them giving me great results and others end up being a complete and utter waste of money.<br /> When my bottle of SKEDERM Ultimate Eye Cream arrived the very first thing I noticed was just how expensive the bottle looked to me. It really did have the appearance of one of those very expensive bottles of eye serums and treatments that you would purchase at a high end department store. I thought that the bottle itself could draw you in and make you want to purchase it. Very pretty.<br /> As for the ingredients, it contains retinol, hyaluronic acid, and something called antarcticine. I had never heard of antarcticine before so I did look it up and found that it is a glycoprotein that is extracted from the Antarctic Sea, and it has anti-wrinkle and restructuring properties. Plus it contains moisturizing ingredients from rare Antarctic creatures that allow you to control moisture balance. Very cool stuff!<br /> It can be used on pretty much all skin types like: dry skin, normal skin, oily skin, combination skin, and sensitive skin. Its recommended for use on aged skin, wrinkled skin, non-elastic skin, stressed skin, and dull skin. And sadly, my skin falls in almost all of those categories. Also, it is formulated WITHOUT synthetic colors, fragrances, parabens, phthalates, and sulfates.<br /> You can use SKEDERM Ultimate Eye Cream every morning under your makeup or use it alone. Then you should reapply it on clean skin every night. It says to apply small amounts around your eyes using your fingertips until it is completely absorbed. And I will add that I little bit goes a long way. Which is good because that means a bottle will last a long while!<br /> I have been using SKEDERM for almost a month now and I can see an improvement in the dark circles under my eyes. I usually have the appearance of someone that's always tired because of how my under eye area always looks, but its really starting to look better. I'm very pleased with that. My eyes are not nearly as puffy. I like that the cream goes on very smoothly and absorbs very well. I also like that it doesn't leave an oily residue after it absorbs. I also like that its fragrance free and my skin is extremely sensitive to a lot of different things and this worked great for me. A lot of times if I use eye serums or creams my eyes will water and my eyelids will get puffy, I don't know what causes it but I didn't experience that since using SKEDERM. I'm very happy with my experience and hope that after continuing to use it I will start to see the fine lines under and around my eyes will start to fade. So given my experience with SKEDERM Ultimate Eye Cream I would definitely recommend it to anyone with the same issues I have.

Skederm Ultimate Eye Cream ~ I don't know that I've ever even said this before but I noticed a difference the very first time I used this eye cream! The packaging is very pretty. It's a beautiful blue cannister with a great little airless pump which dispenses the perfect amount. It's 0.5 ounces but using it only on the eye area should last quite some time. You only need a very little amount of this cream. It has a very faint scent to it. It's so faint I can hardly smell it at all. The cream goes on beautifully. I have lived in Florida most of my life so unfortunately I'm starting to see signs of fine lines above my eyes which I can't believe and they just make me feel older! The first thing people notice are your eyes, right? They looked terrible and I wanted to take care of this quickly, if possible. So when I applied the cream, they immediately faded. Of course I know they're not gone but they're not as noticeable. My eyes also get a little puffy underneath but the cream has helped out with that problem as well. I do have to say that it didn't soak in to my skin as quickly as I had hoped for but after seeing the results I can deal with that. It's not sticky at all! I thought it was at first and realized it was from one one of my vitamin C serums. This morning I scared myself looking in the mirror! My eyes looked I had been rough! So puffy underneath! I did not believe anything would help this mess out. Honestly! I used the cream and once again my eyes bounced back to normal. I mean, they looked so bad I didn't want to leave the house. This is by far my Favorite eye cream ever! I just can't say enough about it! I've been using it twice a day and will continue to use this to see if there are any permanent results. Because of the retinol (vitamin A) I have hopes that there will be! I received this at a reduced cost for my honest and unbiassed review of this product. I really like it and will definitely purchase it again once it's gone as long as I continue getting good results from it. I do hope my review has helped you in some way.
