The jar was bubble wrapped and envelope was intact but the jar is broke. It appears to have been broke before shipping.<br /><br />I have to say I am surprised at all the negative reviews. Why then is it unavailable? I LOVE this cream. I understand everyone's skin and chemistry is different so for ME this has reduced the crepe around my neck and I see a reduction in my fine lines. I have some deeper "grin" creases that I don't expect ANY cream to reduce.<br />PLEASE tell me when this is available!!!!

great results love it.
but it sure did feel good on my face
I used the whole jar, it didn't do a thing for my wrinkles, but it sure did feel good on my face. Cool and smooth feeling. I like it for that reason.
Don't agree with the one star reviews
I've only been using this for a couple of weeks but so far I really like it. I love the consistency of the cream and feel like it really moisturizes well. Time will tell if I notice any wrinkle reduction. Comparable products usually cost far more than this. I may update this review after I've used the product longer but wanted to offer a differing opinion to the one star reviews.
