Wonderful Serum
This review is for [SKIN&LAB] Barrierderm Milky Serum.<br /><br />It's great for me. My dry sensitive skin stays moist throughout the day and looks healthy and well-nourished, and it never feels irritated. This serum is lightweight and comfortable to wear and so I use it night and day.
A must have
There is no scent to this serum. The consistency is like a watery cream. It's very thin and once applied to my face, it's light and doesn't have any scent. This is my last step to my skin routine and it does wonders. It claims it acts like a barrier and I totally agree. Once it has absorbed into my face, it feels like a silky veil, leaving my skin soft and glowy. I'm very pleased with this serum.
Light, moisturizing, unscented
This is a very lightweight (almost watery) serum. I do not detect a scent, which is great since I find many fragrances overpowering in moisturizers. It absorbs quickly and feels nice when applied. The applicator is a bit odd—it’s a syringe type applicator with a bulb end. I assume it is dispensed this way because the consistency is so watery. I just apply the wand directly to my face and then massage the product in with my fingers. So far, I’m pleased with the moisturizing results. I assume any anti-aging benefit will take a while to discern.
Milky Moisturizing Serum
This milky serum really delivers on providing moisturization and healthy glow to my skin, especially in this cold weather season. I have oily/combo skin, however, during the cold season, I have oily yet tight parched skin and need some time of serum or moisturizer that helps relieve the tightness without leaving any oily residue, and this does the job.
Nice light milky serum from Korea!
If you are looking for a nice, light high-quality serum moisturizer, this likely fits the bill. I have recently learned that Korea has very high standards for beauty and skin products with strict government regulations as to safety and quality.<br /><br />This product meets expectations. It is light and absorbs easily. It is not at all greasy -- very light. There is a very slight fragrance that is not noticeable at all on my face. I found it unusual that a serum would be a milky white rather than clear, but it absorbs like typical serums. I put the droplets into my palm, then dot on my face and smooth it in, especially in the areas where I have lines and wrinkles. I let it absorb and dry for a few minutes, and then apply my moisturizer over it. I have had no sensitivity issues with this product.<br /><br />I am very pleased with this product so far!
Nice quality moisturizer
I've tried a few different moisturizers in the last couple of months and this one is my favorite so far! I just use the dropper and add a little to my fingertips then dot it all over my face. It seems to absorb quickly and leaves no tackiness or smell behind. Leaves my skin feeling smooth and hydrated! I do have trouble with flare ups of seborrheic dermatitis on my face and this doesn't seem to aggravate it at all. I'd say it's probably worth a try for most people with sensitive skin.
I feel rejuvenated!
I am now 44 and have to admit that my skin will never be like it was in my 20's! I have been using the same moisturizer routine for a very long time with the same products and I have not been seeing any difference over the years.<br /><br />This milky serum has turned the clock back for me and I am very happy with the results!<br /><br />I replaced my oil free night time moisturizer with the Milky Serum and in only a few days I am seeing my dark spots fading and my fine lines are disappearing! I am outside all summer and even with SPF I still suffer from skin damage on my temples. I am shocked that this lotion has made those spots disappear!<br />I apply a dropper full to my forehead, cheeks and neck and gently stroke upward and the serum absorbs quickly with no stickiness. It has virtually no odor which is great because I am sensitive to perfumes.<br /><br />This is a great product for the price and if you are looking to renew your aging skin I highly recommend!
