I bought this because I saw Karl Pilkington from An Idiot Abroad using one when he went to Japan in an episode. It really does save your fingers from chip residue buildup. My fiancรฉ laughs at me whenever I use it, but I laugh at him when I find him sucking his fingers clean when he eats chips.

Yes, it is a novelty...but still work. I get everyone always ask me where I got it. From the office to the park bench. They are a hoot! the pinch isn't that hard but it will pick up on Lay's chip without breaking it. I say go for it! enjoy it! I always do!
