this product is more easy to drink
I tried to use the product from grocery store and I found it difficult to drink, this product is more easy to drink. I put lemon and 1/2 teaspoon in warm water and drink in morning to help alkaline the body.

I take this for acid reflux. Old family remedy from my heritage. I learned that I should be using the kind with out aluminum, hence the reason for purchasing this. I can tell you that the taste is less unpleasant, than the regular baking soda that is used for baking.
