I will preface this by saying that I do not ...

I will preface this by saying that I do not have ethnic hair, but I do have thick, wavy hair and this works wonderfully- I scrunch a dime-sized blob in while it's damp and let air dry. It really tames my waves and gives them definition and cuts down frizz. The scent is a little weird, but I can overlook it for the effect.
