I could not wait to get this product out the package! And what I noticed from using it the first time and following the directions, (which were very easy to follow), is that my hair was pretty soft and managable. I could have just not straighten my hair. It was very easy to straighten out and looks pretty good. Has a bit of a shine. You do not need a second thermal product if you use this product or your hair may feel a bit oily. The part that I did not use my thermal spray did not feel oily. All my hair had more of a shine than just using the spray. I really like the product. When you first look at it in the jar it looks like a gel, but when you put it in your palms and rub it the product becomes more creamy. I do not know if the products are like good for your hair but it does make straightening easy. I would recommend it and it is very cheap.
