The best acupressure mat on the market - Spoonk is by far superior product . I have been using acupressure mats for few years now and have tried cheep brands, do not be fulled. Spoonk is priced fair comparing to it's superior quality. Great job Spoonk !
which is not really recommended but it is soooo relaxing
Working in a job which causes me constant back pain, I am suffering everyday with this, even to the point where it is causing discomfort in my daily life. I usually use this mat whenever my backpain comes back, and somehow, laying on this bed of nails completely relieves it. Not only that I feel less stress, and more relaxed. Often I even fall asleep while lying down on it, which is not really recommended but it is soooo relaxing... definitely a great product, and a wonderful relief for severe back pain.
