So I order 3 bundles and two closures. My order was broken down into two so received one closure before I receive the rest of the hair. I wasnโt please with the first closure so I reach out to costumer service. Meanwhile the other part of the order came and there was no issues the hair was beautiful and the closure was as describe. (I will insert pictures of the unit I made) while I wasnโt able to use the first closure I was pleased over all because the costumer service was great and the quality of the rest of the hair was really good. I have order from them prior and the little hiccup with the first closure wonโt deter me from doing so again because I have only ever receive quality pieces up til now. Over all I was able to make a unit I love and I do recommend this hair because it really is beautiful ๐
