Ok first off I want to say.....this came on time and with no problems. EVERYTHING was packaged nicely and brand spanking new! I would DEFINITELY advise you to read the information BEFORE you operate....dont be a hero here lol...I tried it in a small section and cant believe how straight it came out! I am SOOO glad I didnt listen to the bad reviews on this because it got my hair straight and WITH less hair damage! VERY pleased with my purchase and you will be too! worth the price and then some!
