Healthful
I use it for everything
This is a win.
I buy coconut flour so I can make protein pancakes. With every other coconut flour before this one, I've gotten stomach aches. I assumed it was from the high fiber levels. I gave this one a try and no stomach aches! Beautiful, fluffy pancakes and alot of fiber. Love this. Can't wait for my next delivery.
Paleo
I've recently started the transition to the paleo diet and the biggest change is cutting out regular grains and flours. So far I've only had the chance to use this for oven 'fried' chicken and paleo pancakes and both came out wonderfully. I can't wait to get to use this in other recipes though I'll likely buy a larger container next time so I can make some bread and not feel like I've used it all...xD
packaging is cumbersome
easy to cook with and the product itself is good.<br />container however is a little too bulky- if you have limited pantry space you may need to put it something not so cumbersome.

The flour came in sooner then expected and I used it to make tortillas and OMG they were great. I will order again from the seller. It is healthy for you and low carbs and sugars. This is one heck of a deal and bariactric friendly to those of us who have had the surgery

GOOD STUFF!
I have found that eating healthy takes a lot of research and this product is one of the best I've found. The only down side, you have to use a lot of eggs but it's still one of the best.
